In 2018, I was a copywriting consultant at Monese, an app-based alternative to banks. Working in their London headquarters, I helped them develop their new “Be free” tone of voice across all their copy.
This email is one of the first communications I wrote with this new tone. It was sent to people who had downloaded Monese’s app but weren’t using the services. I needed to nudge them to take advantage of Monese’s new free allowances.
